Step One:

From the beginning, we are committed to knowing our clients. In our first conversation we will listen to your business needs, learn about your organization, and establish a thorough understanding of your hiring challenges and staffing requirements.

Step Two:

From there, we go to work behind the scenes to find the perfect match. Because we’re also committed to knowing our candidates, we know their skills, strengths and capabilities. Each has been tested, screened and interviewed before you ever hear about them.

Step Three:

Once we locate the top prospects for your position, you’ll hear about it fast. Upon your initial contact, we will respond within 24 hours for temp to hire or direct hire positions and one hour for temporary placements. We will keep you posted on your job order progress.

Step Four:

After you’ve selected the applicant you’d like to have onsite, we take it from there. We handle all the payrolling, on-boarding, safety training, insurance coverage and government reporting to ensure that our candidate is ready to hit the bricks running on day one.

And it doesn’t end there.

Count on us to remain at your side, checking in to make sure that our placement is satisfactory, following up on any issues, and fixing anything that isn’t perfect. Remember, our work isn’t done until your work is done.
