We know that in order to do your best work, you need a job that fits you. That is why our hiring process is designed to discover your unique talents, so we can find a job where you will really shine.

Step #1

Visit the Search Jobs section of our website to search top jobs in Beaumont, Port Arthur, Orange County and the surrounding area, review and apply for specific positions. Or, submit your resume to Cooper Group Staffing now. We’d love to hear from you.

Step #2

We’ll give you a call. We’ll talk. And as we do, we’ll find out about your job skills, interests, capabilities and strengths. From there we’ll invite you in for an in-person interview, and we’ll test your skills so that we can best promote your talents to the employers who need the skills you have to offer. Don’t let “TEST” scare you. There is no pass or fail. It just helps us find the right place for you.

Step #3

We go to work to find you the best possible fit for your skills. We’ll keep you in the loop. You’ll hear from us when we have an opportunity that might interest you. We’ll work with you through the interview and hiring process. With our skills training and interview coaching and refresher courses, you’ll be sure to arrive at your interview confident, with your abilities sparkling!

Step #4

We don’t stop after you are hired. Once you’re on the job, our commitment to you doesn’t end. We’ll check in to see how things are going. To answer any questions. To make sure you’re enjoying your assignment.
